It's a good thing I don't live in the States right now, because I am obsessed with little girl baby clothes!!! There's nowhere to really shop for much here, but this week I was in heaven - tons and tons of adorable FREE baby clothes!
First our cousin Monica mailed us a big box of clothes that their daughter had just outgrown. This box was FULL of beautiful summer dresses and outfits that are just the right size for Olivia right now! They are so super cute! Thank you, Monica!!
Then on Sunday I attended a "clothing swap" here on the island. Basically, you bring in kids clothes you no longer need/want (in my case, Wyatt's baby clothes) and get credits for what you bring in. Then you use those credits to 'buy' other clothes that other people have brought in, and it doesn't cost you a cent! AMAZING!
Even more amazing is that when I showed up to have my clothes counted (right when they opened at 9 a.m.), one of their volunteers hadn't shown up and they really needed help. Perfect! I have been looking for volunteer opportunities anyway, and a big bonus for this is that you get 10 pre-picks for clothes before the swap starts. I met a few nice women and a few hours later walked away with two BAGS full of gorgeous clothes for Olivia & Wyatt. Most of them were new/barely worn. I got about 5 outfits that were absolutely adorable still on hangers with tags! I couldn't have been happier...and we're going to have one stylin' little girl!

ohlala...can't wait to see pics!!! I am so impressed with your resourcefulness! Although its a lot easier state side, I am obsessed with finding amazing deals on the kids clothes...its like a game for me. What coupons can I get my hands and apply it to what sale item!?!?! However, sometimes its really hard to pass up some girl items - I love the accessories!!!
