Love this recipe from my friend Amber. Super yummy and super easy - and, better yet, it's a crock pot recipe, which I can never have enough of!
You will need:
Pot roast
French Onion soup mix
Can cream of mushroom soup
2 cubes (or the equivalent) of beef bouillion
Put the pot roast in the crock pot and dump everything else on top of it, in no particular order. You can also add the usual accompaniments if you'd like - carrots, potatoes, whatever. The sauce makes a to-die-for gravy. Cook for 8 hours on low and you're all set. Voila!

Howdy there my Okinawa family,
took down this receipt this morning. Plan on trying it out real soon. Too easy and sounds so yummy it is a must try. Thanks for sharing.
Love to all,
Aunt Jean
Thanks Meg, will try it. I use my pot a lot. Today I had 2 going, one with a small roast, and 1 with gizzards. Having Gizzards and Rice tonight, miss Helen's cooking. Love the Korean wraps and wish I had a fresh market to go to.
Worked outside til lunchtime. Replanting and freshing up flower beds. The old body is in terrible shape. Have to go when not a lot of sun and a little breeze, I am having allergic sun things happening with Roseca problems!!
I got a big sun hat to help out.
Went to LuVerne for Taco's last night ..one platter big..so yummy
Enjoy we have spring and it is wonderful.
